"description":"Using the hexbins as source data to establish a line from each each hexbin (origin) to each employment center (destination), each line contained employee number along with it. Each origin-destination line was buffered by a quarter-mile (the same width as a hexbin) and dissolved together by employment center. Using a classification method of Natural Breaks, the buffered line results were assigned 5 symbology categories - each with its own color - and dissolved into larger \"bands\" (boundaries) for graphical display. The employee counts from the lines within each band were summed into an overall employee count per employment center.",
