These values were then multiplied by .05 to prepare the features for buffering using ArcGIS Pro software. The output polygon feature class was then dissolved, which in most cases result in a single feature for roadway segments depicting total (combined directions) AM or PM peak period flow. Data is for cartographic/information purposes and not intended for analysis.\n\n",
